Industrial Building, 58-64 Lei Muk Road (Company Number 2143972) (together with our
subsidiaries, our holding company, subsidiaries of our holding company from time to time,
collectively called "" or “we”) collects personal data from you and how we process
such data.
By visiting our website (our “Site”) or using or any other applications
or software we provide from time to time (collectively our “App”), you accept and consent to the
practices set out below.
1 Collection of information
1.1 For the purposes outlined in Clause 2, we may collect and process the following
information about you:
(a) Information you give us - information that you provide us (which may include your
name, address, email address, telephone number, credit card information and other
personal description) by filling in forms on our Site or our App, or by corresponding
with us (by phone, email or otherwise), for example:
(i) when you report any problem to us;
(ii) when you use certain features on our Site or our App;
(iii) when you request any support from us; or
(iv) when you complete any survey or questionnaire we send you.

phone number used to call our customer service number; and
(c) Information we receive from third parties - We work with third parties and we may

receive information about you from them, for example, business partners, sub-
contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, advertising networks,

as the purpose for which the data was used still exists.
2 Uses made of the information
2.1 We use information held about you for the following purposes:

(b) researching, designing and launching new features or products;
(c) presenting content and information in our Site and our App in the most effective
manner for you and for the device you use;
(d) providing you with alerts, updates, materials or information about our services or

We will keep your personal data we hold confidential but you agree we may provide

(a) any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding
company and its subsidiaries, as defined in Schedule 1 of the Securities and Futures
Ordinance (Cap. 571) of the Law of Hong Kong;
(b) personnel, agents, advisers, auditors, contractors, financial institutions, and service
providers in connection with our operations or services (for example staff engaged in
the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment and the provision of
support services);

(c) our overseas offices, affiliates, business partners and counterparts (on a need-to-

(e) persons to whom we are required to make disclosure under applicable laws and
regulations in any part of the world; or

6.2 Any payment transactions will be encrypted using TLS/SSL technology.

access certain parts of the Site, you are responsible for keeping this password
confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

6.4 We restrict access to personal information to our employees, service providers and
contractors on a strictly need-to-know basis and ensure that those persons are subject to
contractual confidentiality obligations.

(c) require us to correct any inaccuracy or error in any personal data we hold about you.
7.2 Any request under Clause 7.1 may be subject to a small administrative fee to meet our
cost in processing your request.

We may amend this policy from time to time by posting the updated policy on our Site. By
continuing to use our Site and our App after the changes come into effect means that you
agree to be bound by the revised policy.
9 Languages
In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese language versions of this

T&C Disclaimer

Customers are required to check carefully for the quantity and quality of goods received, a return will not be accepted after customers’ acceptance of goods.

In the case of the reprint is necessary, only same products can be returned in any circumstances, no refund nor change of products, design nor specifications would be accepted.

Apostle Collection with holds the right to destroy any finished goods which are not picked up within 20 days after completion of printing; Apostle Collection would not be responsible for any loss that caused; In such circumstances, any deposit nor pre-payment will be refunded, and Apostle Collection withholds the rights to chase back the remaining amount or value of the goods.

所有印刷品以本公司之色彩管理標準為準,請勿以螢幕或打印紙稿件作準。貴客來稿均以四色(CMYK)印刷, 如來稿為專色或RGB色彩,稿件將會自動轉為四色而不另行通知,當中所引致之任何色差,當以本公司印刷顏色為基準。如有任何色差爭議時,本公司恕不負責。
Color Standard of all printed materials should refer to our standard in color management; Please do not refer to the standard on any monitor, screen or printed manuscript. Artwork MUST be in CMYK, Bitmap or Grayscale mode. All RGBs or Spot colors would be converted to CMYK for printing, should there be any variance induced, the color standard of all printed materials should also refer to our standard in color management as well. The Company will not be responsible for any color shift dispute due to color conversion. 

戶來稿之檔案如跟客戶之生產要求有所出入,當中可能包括檔案內之呎吋大小不一致/出血位不足/顏色 /裁切呎吋/圖像解像度不足/欠缺字款等,以至最終製成品跟客戶之要求有所誤差,本公司恕不負責。
The Company is not responsible for any customer submitted a file that does not match with customer confirmed requirements, which may include the file inconsistency with size / bleeding deficit / color / cutting size / image resolution inadequate / lacking of fonts, etc., and eventually lead to finished customer`s requirements with errors.

若稿件上印有 QR code 或 Barcode 條碼,本公司不能保證條碼內的資料能讀取正常。
Should there be any QR code or Barcode printed on the manuscript, Apostle Collection cannot guarantee that the information in the bar code can be read normally.

All printing of color does exist color variance to the certain extent. Under reasonable color variance, the customer should not use this as reason and ask for any reprints, discount or refund. Apostle Collection will not accept those requests. The Company has its own color management to ensure that all printing colors are within reasonable levels.

Apostle Collection would only keep the electronic files of customers not more than 3 months.

所有由本公司製作及修改之稿件或設計檔案之原檔(AI、PSD、JPG、PNG、TIF、PDF etc....)一律不會發回給客人。

All original documents or design files (AI, PSD, JPG, PNG, TIF, PDF etc ....) produced and modified by our company will not be sent back to the customer.

就貴客使用本公司的服務,貴客保證印刷品不包含任何未經版權持有人授權的文字、圖像、設計、商標、 貨幣及鈔票或任何受版權保護的作品;貴客保證印刷品不會侵犯任何第三方的任何權利,包括版權、商標、 宣傳、私隠,不會誹謗或詆毀任何第三方,以及已獲得所有必需的授權或權限將第三方的材料加入貴客的作品; 貴客保證已獲得所有必需的權限、權利和授權下訂單,並授權本公司印製貴客的作品;如有需要本公司將要求 客戶出示有關之權限授權書以作核實。
Customers guarantee that the printing content does not include any printed matter without authorization of the copyright holder text, images, designs, trademarks, currency, and banknote or any of the copyrighted work; customers to ensure prints will not infringe any third party rights, including copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy and will not libel or defame any third party, and has obtained all necessary authorizations or permissions for third-party material into works of customers; customers guarantee that they have obtained all necessary permissions, rights and authorization of orders, and to authorize the printing of customers to work; Apostle Collection will request the customer to submit or produce relevant authority authorization for verification if necessary.

若客戶所提供之印刷品內容涉及或可能涉及誹謗、侵犯私隱、偽冒、抄襲、複製、侵犯知識產權、不雅、 淫褻、侵犯任何第三者權利、貨幣及鈔票或違反香港現行法律之印刷內容等,本公司將保留拒絕印刷之權利。 在適用法律允許的最大範圍內,本公司亦不會就印刷品之內容向使用者或任何第三者承擔任何責任。
If customer provided any printed contents which may involve defamation, invasion of privacy, counterfeit, copy, reproduce, intellectual property infringement, indecent, obscene, infringe any third-party rights, currency, and bank note or breach of our laws, and other printed matter, The Company reserves the rights to refuse in printing. With the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company also will not be responsible or liable for the contents user nor any third party.

貴客承諾,若任何人、集團或機構就 (i) 貴客違反上述服務條款;或 (ii) 任何貴客交由本公司印製 的產品中的文字、照片、圖像、圖形或其他材料等內容涉及或可能涉及誹謗、侵犯私隱、偽冒、抄襲、複製、 侵犯知識產權、不雅、淫褻、侵犯任何第三者權利、貨幣及鈔票或違反香港現行法律的情況,而提出任何形式的 訴訟、索賠、通知或採取的任何行動,將彌償本公司及其董事、管理人員和員工所遭受的任何損失,包括但不限 於相關的索賠、損失、成本和合理之律師費用。
Customer undertakes that if any person, group or institution for (i) breach of the terms of service;, or (ii) any customers products in printed text, photos, images, graphics, or other materials covering or may be involved defamation, invasion of privacy, counterfeit, copy, reproduce, intellectual property infringement, indecent, obscene, infringe any third party rights, currency, and banknote or violate our laws, the situation, and to make any form of litigation, claims, notification or take any action that will indemnify the Company and its directors, officers, and employees for any losses suffered, including but not limited to the relevant claims, losses, costs and reasonable attorney’s fees.

Apostle Collection withholds the rights to make a final decision on producing or printing of any files or materials from the customer.



If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.


We reserve the right to amend the important notes, terms and conditions or any other contents here at any time without notice to you. In case of any dispute, our decision shall be    final and conclusive.

Our Return / Refund Policy

How It Works


Should the customer wish to return any flawed product, all requests must be made within 24 hours, and all returned goods must be in good conditions & description like quantity / packaging / accessories must be consistent with the invoice. Otherwise, no refund shall be made nor there will be any written off.

Customers are required to arrange all returns delivery.


Returns request depends on upon each store’s operating time. No handling nor acceptance will be catered during non-operating hours.


For any order claim, we will only reprint the order or refund the relevant amount. We are not liable for any other losses caused by using our services.


Refund will be paid by cheque payment only.



If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.


We reserve the right to amend the important notes, terms and conditions or any other contents here at any time without notice to you. In case of any dispute, our decision shall be    final and conclusive.

Shipping Policy

Apostle Collection (Worldwide) Ltd ("we" and "us") is the operator of ( ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.


1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.


3. Returns

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

Apostle Collection (Worldwide) Ltd will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 1 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

(Apostle Collection (Worldwide) Ltd) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

3.2 Warranty Returns

Apostle Collection (Worldwide) Ltd will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Apostle Collection (Worldwide) Ltd to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)


4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days

4.2 Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 3-6 business days of payment of order

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

Apostle Collection (Worldwide) Ltd will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

4.7 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.


5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.


6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.


7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Apostle Collection (Worldwide) Ltd encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Apostle Collection (Worldwide) Ltd at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.


8. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order

has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.



9. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

9.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

9.2 Process for parcel lost in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
